Just Pre-perfect

Being a christian does not mean we are perfect,it simply means we are pre-perfect in that we are on our way of becoming perfect at the end of this journey of life  through our Lord Jesus. Therefore ,we slip and slide,we get up and go  again because our foundation is flawless and perfectly  built by the love of God.

PART ONE: Reality of Realness

We live in a world today that is not real but real in reality.Who or what is the ruler of today's world? We know that evilness, vanity, hate, selfishness, greed are all on the rise today. However, in today's society everything is covered-up, showing something else that is beautiful, that is OK,that is acceptable. We see, but what are we really seeing, we hear, but what are we hearing ? If we do see and hear, you are helpless to do something or just lack the will because the majority is not on your side or we just too polite for our good.
There is a force out there that has everyone hook up, we are so easily drawn towards it.That thing is using our man made devices that suppose to make life better, using our senses and emotions for energy: the facebook, BBM, twitter, gossip sites, everything else. Those devices become our vices and turn into our personal Gods carrying us on a high in a bubble, turning our worlds where everyone seems so happy, smiling and so free. But alas , what lies beneath is a confuse soul at the edge of defeat of a battle for our birthright of God given human consciousnesses, losing to the force that have our real life in a mess, confuse asking ourselves what is real not real in our lives.

to be continue...have an open mind and be honest to one self is the beginning of the process ............

Are you afraid of the responsibility of the coming of the last days?

In thinking of the last days, it is a nerve racking thought. To be true to oneself, no matter how much your faith appears to be or is, the fact is that human nature is afraid of the unknown. To make matters worse there are repeated and constant forecast of doom and gloom. As Christians, there is a great responsibility placed on our shoulders. As the world descends into darkness( increase in evil, crime, rapes, road carnage ,fighting, hunger, taxes, immoral living and the list goes on) our light has to shine and not to be place on a shelf, but for everyone to see. Everyone will be looking at us Christians. They will be hard on us for they will be looking for answers. They will be looking to see how the God that we profess and believe in is actually working in our lives. They will want to see if God is real and how can they be save as well. Many will be doubters, mockers and critics. Therefore it is by our living they can see and witness that despite all the hardsh...

" Father, why have you forsaken me?"

For a long time now I have been faced with the word SIN. It came up again recently when I was reading the book of Jeremiah. It is a scary book but also one of hope.I felt the holy spirit guiding me to read chapter 32  for I were able to make a connection with the sin of the people in that time and the reason behind Jesus pained words on the cross. To start,I decided to find out the definition of sin. Here goes my explanation as it came to me: Sin according to the  WebBibleEncyclopedia  is the word used to "denote the willful breaking of God's law." Another source  gotquestions.org   described sin as transgression of the law of God and rebellion against God. We sometimes do not understand the word SIN in all its entirety. What I do know is that it is something very serious and terrible for Jesus to have died on the cross to absorb the punishment. According to the bible all SINs are and must be punished because of who Yahweh God is;  PERFECTLY (a...

Should we be wearing Crosses or Crucifixes as part of our Christian worship?

Last week on Facebook, I came across a post by a relative of mines stating that he hates to see the cross or any crucifix. The reason being it was a constant reminder that they have kill his parent, his brother Jesus. He asked, how would you feel to see your parent up on a cross everyday? Honestly, I think it is a good question. I personally do not want to see my parents or any member of my family hanging from a cross everyday. I think others may agree ... Right! It will be just terrible and I could just imagine the pain, anguish and emotions that will follow. But on reflection, I would ask how did they end up there? What was the reason? What was the cause? What was their journey ? The answer surely will have an impact on my behavior and attitude afterwards. I don't really like going to funerals, but when I do the sermons are so spot on. What I observe sometimes at funerals are people wearing jerseys with the deceased face on them, some may wear their uniforms or some may have...
